MJF says 'It's not polite to hotlink!'

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE PROCEEDING TO THE GALLERY

The Michael J. Fox Database Picture Gallery holds hundreds of pictures of Michael J. Fox, including publicity stills, images from film and television projects and even a few ‘personal’ photographs.

Viewing and copying these images is perfectly fine with me. I do not hold the copyright to these images and do not have the right to stop anyone from using them as they wish.

HOWEVER, I do ask that you DO NOT directly link to, or ‘hotlink,’ any of these images. If you wish to use them for your own site or to post them on a message board, etc., SAVE THEM TO YOUR OWN SERVER SPACE.

If you do not have your own server space, there are services on the internet that allow you to store images for free. One good service is Flickr.com.

I apologize for this extra click to get to the Database Picture Gallery but I have had much trouble in the past with individuals directly linking to the images on my site. This annoying and highly inconsiderate behavior has cost me time and money.

If you are found to be directly linking to any images on any of my sites, your IP will be banned and I will do everything I can to make sure that you can not even look at this site or the gallery any longer. There is no excuse for it and I will not tolerate the theft of my bandwidth.
