This cartoon series, like many based on existing movies, re-writes it’s main character’s history. Unlike in the film on which it’s based (Teen Wolf) no one but Stiles, Boof and Scott’s family knows that Scott Howard is a werewolf. The series revolves around Scott trying to keep his ‘wolfiness’ a secret. Also, Scott now has an extended family with the addition of his grandparents (okay, believeable) and a sister (WHAT!?). There is also a new nosy neighbor who is ever snooping on the Howard family. Another change made is the town name, which is now Wolverton instead of Beacon Town.
